Private training isn’t for everyone, but if you’re ready to take your fitness seriously, I’m here to make the process as approachable and effective as possible.
My focus is on working with clients who are ready to commit to their goals—but don’t worry, we’ll take it step by step, together.
You’ll get a personalized program designed for your goals, with regular check-ins and assessments to track your progress. Alongside our supervised workouts, I’ll provide weekly training plans for you to follow on non-supervised days, covering everything from accessory lifts to cardio, mobility, and recovery work. You’ll know exactly what to do to keep moving forward.
I offer personal training in-home in Washington, DC neighborhoods like Capitol Hill, Hill East, and Brookland, as well as in Kent Island, MD. Virtual sessions via Zoom or FaceTime are also available, so you can work with me no matter where you are.
We’ll also tackle nutrition together, which is a huge part of your success—up to 70% of your results come from what you eat. I don’t do crash diets or quick fixes. Instead, I’ll help you create a sustainable approach to food and supplements that works for your lifestyle.
