Private Training

Private Training is not for everybody and Tim is very selective in who he chooses to work with for this very reason. You will be expected to work hard, stay disciplined, complete assignments independently, and learn to understand the details of the program you will be developing together. You will have regular check-ins, assessments, and compliance ratings to maintain. In addition to regularly recurring supervised workouts, you will be offered weekly training programs that give you assignments on non-supervised days to include accessory lifts, cardio, prehab, and mobility to keep you moving towards your goals. Tim offers personal training In-Home around Washington DC in the Capitol Hill, Hill East, and Brookland neighborhoods as well as personal training in Kent Island, MD and virtually via Zoom or FaceTime.

In addition to working hard in the “gym”, you will also be expected to stay on top of your nutrition. Food and supplementation can be upwards of 70+ % of accomplishing your goals aesthetically. Not all approaches to nutrition are sustainable and Tim understands the importance of building a lifestyle over crashing or fluctuating diet plans. By utilizing this approach, there is no limit to what you can achieve.

All new clients will be offered a complimentary 15 minute virtual consultation before getting started to make sure Tim’s plan is right for you.
